Discovery & "Current State" Audit
We started by establishing a performance baseline rather than guessing. We conducted a deep technical audit of the existing code and analyzed traffic data to identify top-performing pages. This ensured we knew exactly which assets to preserve and which content needed a complete overhaul to improve conversion rates.
Strategy & SEO Planning
To prevent traffic loss during the transition, we prioritized SEO preservation over simple aesthetics. We developed a comprehensive 301 redirect strategy, mapping every legacy URL to the new structure, and created a secure data migration plan to move content without losing search engine authority.
UI/UX "Correction" Design
We focused on fixing user friction points rather than just decorating. By analyzing analytics from the previous site, we identified where users were dropping off. We then modernized the visual branding while keeping the navigation familiar, ensuring returning patients could still easily book appointments.
Development (Staging Environment)
We built the new architecture in a secure staging environment to ensure zero disruption to the live business. During this phase, we imported actual content and database structures early, allowing us to validate the new design against real-world data rather than using placeholder "lorem ipsum."
Pre-Launch Testing & Verification
